RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND SHIPPING POLICY

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return something, we gladly accept returns or exchanges, we will refund your money in the same form as your purchase, or we will exchange the merchandise. Sale (Discounted) or clearance products and gift cards are final sale

This applies when you by on-line or at the pop up events that we participate in.

Conditions to qualify for returns or exchanges

  1. Return Request must be received within 3 days of the date the order was delivered or the item has been bougth in one of our events. We will make exceptions for Gifts, please tell us if this is the case to note an exception on your purchase and extend this return/exchange period. We do our best to conduct fair business, both sides. Holiday season is a season that for example we use frequently this exception with customers.
  2. After 3 days the return or exchange are subject to restocking fees of up to 50% and After 7 days, we do not accept returns or exchanges anymore.
  3. Return Request must be by e-mail or text (refer your order number please)
  4. Then, we will send by e-mail a return shipping label (cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, both sides). If you send it with your own label we will refund the whole purchase amount (excluding the shipping fee when we shipped your order).
  5. All items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered).
  6. Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
  7. Jewelry must have all protective materials in place.
  8. Shipping charges are not refundable (Both ways).
  9. All items sent back for return are subject to full inspection upon delivery. Karim Collection reserves the right to decline a return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
  10. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased anywhere other than at our web site or events that we conduct directly
  11. To reflect the amount of your return on your statement if this is the case, it might take around 3 business days after we receive the item returned.
  12. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

For most of the orders we ship within 2 days the order is received (cutting time 1 pm PT).

Shipping within continental USA is complementary.

We ship either USPS or UPS

Shipping outside continental USA is rated at competitive shipping rates.
